We want you to love your Google Nest and home products, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all included accessories to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Sign in to your Google Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and cables, then securely seal the box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is scanned to monitor your return progress.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
